SWIFT/BIC Code Validator
Validate the code structure and look up the matching bank, city and country.
Example: BKCHCNBJ or BKCHCNBJ110
Enter a code to validate its format and search the bank database.
How SWIFT validation works
A SWIFT/BIC code follows ISO 9362. The first four characters identify the bank, the next two identify the country, the following two identify the location, and the optional final three characters identify a branch.
A valid format does not guarantee that the code is active. Bank mergers, branch changes and discontinued codes can make older information obsolete, so confirm the code with the receiving bank before a large transfer.
